Chen Li is an Accredited Hand Therapist who consults in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese. She has over ten years of experience in treating a wide range of hand and upper limb injuries, including assessing and diagnosing hand conditions in adults and children, such as wrist pain, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and complex trauma.
Dedicated to serving the Northern Beaches community, Chen’s patient-centred care is committed to a 100% non-invasive approach through custom splinting, innovative rehabilitation techniques, and tailored exercise programs. This means that every patient’s care plan is unique to them. She also has close working relationships with hand surgeons, GPs, and other allied health professionals to provide the best possible care.
At Hand Therapy Experts, we offer comfortable, reusable splints made from thermoplastic and other materials tailored to fit your hand or wrist perfectly. Both lightweight and breathable, our splints are specifically designed to provide maximum comfort during the recovery process.
We also apply waterproof casts for wrist and elbow fractures. The cast can get wet in the shower and swimming pool whilst your fracture heals.
