We provide specialised hand and wrist physiotherapy in Sydney’s North Shore for adults and children. Conditions treated includes fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, overuse and post-operative hand therapy. Our Accredited Hand Therapist (AHTA), Chen Li, has over 10 years of experience in splinting, casting and upper‑limb rehabilitation.

We provide comfortable and customised splints. Splints are reusable, customised to your hand and made out of thermoplastic material. Lightweight and breathable, splints provide comfort whilst helping you recover.
We also apply waterproof casts for wrist and elbow fractures. The cast can get wet in the shower and swimming pool, whilst your fracture heals.
If you require urgent care for a hand, wrist or elbow injury, we provide same-day urgent care service for patients. Whether it’s a fracture, sprained hand or after surgery, appointments are available at short notice to help you recover sooner.
The service is also available after-hours at our clinic in North Sydney.

Chen Li is an Accredited Hand Therapist and Physiotherapist based in North Shore, Sydney. She has over 10 years of experience assessing and treating hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, with an interest in wrist pain treatment, sports injuries and complex trauma. She provides patient-centred care through custom splinting and innovative rehabilitation techniques. She is also provides services for paediatric hand therapy, and dry needling in Sydney for wrist and elbow conditions.
Chen works closely with hand surgeons, GPs, and other allied health professionals to support patient’s recovery. She consults in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
We offer comfortable, reusable splints which are made out of thermoplastic material and tailored to fit your hand perfectly. Both lightweight and breathable, our splints provide maximum comfort whilst helping you recover.
