We provide comfortable and customised splints. Splints are reusable, customised to your hand and made out of thermoplastic material. Lightweight and breathable, splints provide comfort whilst helping you recover.
We also apply waterproof casts for wrist and elbow fractures. The cast can get wet in the shower and swimming pool, whilst your fracture heals.
If you require urgent care for a hand, wrist or elbow injury, we provide same-day emergency service treatment for patients. Whether it’s a fracture, sprained hand or after surgery, urgent care appointments are available at short notice to help you recover sooner.
The service is also available after-hours at our clinic in North Sydney.

Chen Li is a hand therapist based in North Shore, Sydney. She has over ten years of experience assessing and treating adult hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, specialising in wrist pain treatment, sports injuries, and complex trauma and delivers patient-centred care through custom splinting and innovative rehabilitation techniques. She is also a specialist in paediatric hand therapy and dry needling in Sydney.
Chen also works closely with hand surgeons, GPs, and other allied health professionals to optimise recovery and consults in Mandarin and Shanghainese. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve full recovery through patient-centred care, innovative treatment techniques, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
