How Do I Pay For My Session?

If you have private health insurance with physiotherapy cover, you can claim a rebate during your appointment. The rebate amount will depend on your level of cover. You’ll need to pay the remaining gap fee on the day, along with any costs for splints or exercise equipment required for your rehabilitation.

We also welcome patients without private health insurance—full payment is required at the time of your appointment. For third-party claims (e.g., Workers’ Compensation or Compulsory Third Party insurance), prior approval from your insurer is essential before your session.
